00500	The Purifying Pony is about ready for operation.  We will need a  few
00600	rules  to  insure  equitable distribution of services.  I propose the

01100	The Purifying Pony is open to all people having offices in the D.  C.
01200	Power  Laboratory  and  their  guests.  Guests may use the facilities
01300	only with accompanying sponsors.

01500	CHARGES

01700	This facility operates on the honor  system,  with  users  marking  a
01800	charge  sheet.  Showers cost 25 cents each, sauna and shower is $1.00
01900	per person, with discounts for shareholders (see below).   All  usage
02000	should  be  marked  on the charge sheet no matter how many shares you
02100	hold.  Users will be billed about once a month.  No  payments  should
02200	be left in the facility.

02600	Normally, the facility will operate on an open-door basis.  The large
02700	dressing room and shower may be latched for privacy.

02900	Individuals or groups desiring the whole facility may reserve it  for
03000	up  to  one  hour,  beginning  on some hour, by using the RSL program
03100	(device SAUNA).  The one hour maximum applies to the entire group and
03200	may  not  be  extended  by reserving under several peoples names.  Of
03300	course, if you unlatch the main door so that others can join you, you
03400	may stay as long as you like, subject to other reservations.

03600	Alternatively,  someone who finds the facility empty may usurp it for
03700	up to 30 minutes, again subject to prior reservations.

04100	The initial cost of the  installation  was  covered  by  issuing  156
04200	shares  for $10 each.  Shareholders are entitled to a 20% discount on
04300	services for each share, with no charge to those holding  5  or  more
04400	shares.  The discount applies to the registered shareholder as of the
04500	billing date.   It does not apply to his guests.

04700	Shares may be sold at  any  time  for  whatever  you  can  get.   The
04800	effective  transfer  date may be negotiated between buyer and seller.
04900	To be recorded, the transaction must be described in a note  to  Norm

05200	As  funds accumulate, shares will be paid back in $1 steps.  When all
05300	shares have been fully reimbursed, the facility will become  free  to
05400	all staff members.

05600	RULE CHANGES

05800	Changes in these rules may be considered in a shareholders meeting at
05900	any time, provided the proposed change is announced a week or more in
06000	advance. Changes require concurrence of a majority of all share-votes
06100	(not just those present) on the basis of one vote per share.   Signed
06200	proxies and absentee ballots will be honored.
